Our Services:

Design & Manufacture

Design & Manufacture

Using the latest 3D technology we provide our clients with the option of a fully visualised model of their space. Early engagement with the client and their designers (if not one of our design partners) creates the opportunity to identify issues and possible value engineering opportunities. Additionally, models can be captured throughout the course of the delivery phase, used to communicate progress and resolve any queries. Until finally, upon completion the model acts as a record for both sides to use as necessary

While we often work for clients that have their own interior design team, for those that don’t, and therefore value a full turnkey service, we partner with some of the world’s most foremost interior designers. Our design services follow the RIBA plan of work and can span all stages or anywhere in-between.

Key to facilitating a smooth transition between design and fit-out is our in-house design & production capability. That team collaborates with the interior designer to develop their concept into production ready manufacturing drawings, ensuring all parties are content prior to sign-off and install

In most instances, our scope of works will include the strip out of the existing space, back to shell and core. Like at any stage of the project, through its use of ethical waste management suppliers, we ensure >95%ofthe materials disposed of are diverted from landfill. Additionally, wherever possible we will arrange for furniture and other re-usable items to be donated to local charities.

Our full range of in-house trades, complimented by a network of trade partners that spans the continent is fundamental to how we deliver a successful project. Our fit-out operation is the heart of our service and so we have a hands-on approach to managing every project, closely monitoring both the programme and the standard of workmanship to ensure compliance with our standards and aiming for a snag free handover. We believe this day to day involvement is crucial and provides the platform from which we are able deliver outstanding projects on time, at the right value and on a consistent basis

Our long-standing and trusting relationships with some of the country’s leading specialist sub-contractors ensures that our projects are afforded priority and the very best service from contractors whom many of our competitors couldn’t wish to have access to.

Often a qualification held only by consultants, Jungle’s Project Management team is led by an MRICS qualified professional that has experience on both sides of the fence (working for both clients and contractors). With 15 years experience as  director of  another successful fit-out company, Jungle’s project management team have successfully delivered over 100 high quality, often high profile, fit-out projects.

Jungle’s Commercial team is led by an MRICS and CiArb qualified professional that has experience on both sides of the fence (working for both clients and contractors). With 15 years experience of providing cost planning services, corporate recovery, dispute resolution and latterly being responsible for managing a supply chain with an annual spend in excess of £200M, Jungle’s clients can be confident that their project costs will be managed both effectively and ethically.

With an in-house qualified SKA assessor, and strong relationships with complimentary experts, should our client be interested in fitting out their space in an environmentally sustainable, we can use the SKA rating method to:

  1. Carry out an informal self-assessment of the environmental performance of their fit-out.
  2. Commission a quality-assured assessment and certificate from an RICS-accredited SKA assessor.
  3. Obtain clear guidance on good practice in fit-out and how to implement it.
  4. Benchmark the performance of fit-outs against each other and the rest of the industry.
